We specialise in bandanas and bows! We also offer a wide variety of other products such as custom name tags and enrichment toys to keep your pup occupied! 

Absolutely! If you love our products, we would love to chat with you about wholesale arrangements. We also offer customisation for businesses looking to stock their own custom merch! 

Absolutely! Our sizing is very inclusive of all breed types- ranging from XS to XL. We also offer custom sizing and a special "Greyhound" size in our bandanas to offer our long necked friendos! If you aren't sure on what size to order, send us a message with your dog's breed and size and we will consult with you on the best fit!  

For our custom-made products we offer store-credit or replacement on faulty products within 30 days as long as care recommendations have been followed (see below) 

For enrichment products; returns must be made within 30 days and must be in original condition to receive refund or exchange.

Yes we do! Shipping costs a little extra, but we promise it is worth it! Shipping times may vary depending on where you live!

Bandanas:  Machine wash on COLD with regular detergents (no bleach). Iron or steam to retain shape. Do not tumble dry. 

Bows and Boujee Bows: Hand-wash with cold water and regular detergent. Air-dry in indirect sun. Do not iron. 

Bandanas or Bows with customisation (Vinyl or Bedazzle): Follow above. For bandanas iron with wax-proof paper as buffer on low. For Bows air-dry in indirect sun. 

Snufflemats/Snuffleballs: Hand-wash with cold water and regular detergent (non-scented). DO NOT TUMBLE DRY. Air-Dry in indirect sun 

We aim to ship your order within a week of purchase! Large orders may take longer depending on quantity. We will communicate estimated production time at time of ordering. 

If you have a rush-order, please message us and we can organise an alternate timeline! 

Shipping is via Australia Post. We do not control how long this potentially can take (especially around holiday periods). If you have an urgent order, we recommend EXPRESS postage. 

Bandanas and Bows: Made from high-quality cotton fabric. Bows are stabilised using iron-on interfacing that helps retain a bow-tiful shape! Attachments for bows are secure velcro. 

Snuffle products: Made from high-quality fleece and rubber non-slip matting.

Tags & Dangles: Cured resin with metallic hardware 

Other products: 

- Leads: Waterproof PVC-coated NYLON with metallic hardware 

- Licky Products: High-quality silicone OR food-grade plastic 

- Enrichment Toys (Other): Felt 

We are committed to selling high-quality and road-tested products. We use all of our own items with our own pups as a commitment to quality as well as safety. With anything though, we still recommend that our products be used only under supervision.
